- 2 cloves garlic, finely slashed
- 4 tbsp spring onion, slashed
- 2 tbsp onion, finely cleaved
- 2 green bean stew, cut
- ½ capsicum, green and red, cubed
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp bean stew sauce
- ¼ tsp pepper, squashed
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 cup water
