Step 1: Prepare the Dough. Combine the whole wheat flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and a touch of salt in a large mixing basin. Gradually add water and knead the mixture to form a soft, pliable dough. Rest the dough for 15-20 minutes, covered with a wet cloth. 

Step 2: Mixing the Filling Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander leaves, grated radish (if using), and a pinch of salt. Toss the ingredients together gently until well mixed. The filling should be aromatic and packed with flavors. 

Step 3: Shaping the Poora recipe Divide the rested dough into equal-sized balls. Take one ball and roll it between your palms to make it smooth.
